With the sunshine finally making an appearance this May, we are all planning our garden design and innovative ideas to create a garden to be loved by all the family!

But where do you start? If you want convenience, quality and cost-effective options, then call on Lion Lawns to carry out the work. The artificial turf company based in Stokesley, where you can have all elements of your landscape design taken care of; from fencing, paving, patios, decking, planting, and of course artificial lawns!

Recently we have been in Loftus, East Cleveland completing a front garden landscape design project.

A total of 31 square metres of Finesse artificial grass was used to create this rectangle shaped lawn and make it a much easier alternative.

Natural or Artificial?

Artificial grass provides a neat look around the borders of your landscape garden design meaning you can still keep all of your much-loved plants, shrubbery and garden ornaments. Pets love the stuff too!

We asked our Marketing Manager (and the real botanist at Lion Lawns) what they thought when going from natural to artificial:

“Well I really think it is how you look at it. I love planting in pots and growing seeds. Climbers are also one of my favourites, but I hate cutting the lawn! It is just more of a chore than anything and I always make a mess over my path. Going artificial limits the maintenance that I don’t want to do in my garden. But it certainly doesn’t stop me from my hobby, and it doesn’t stop the insects either at the moment I have a garden full of bumble bees. I would recommend artificial grass to anyone”.

So there you have it, artificial grass really does have a lot more benefits than you think, and it certainly won’t disrupt your hobby.
